The space Keep in mind we are on lake Champlain, in Vermont! Dock goes out when lake level lowers and is safely warm enough to be installed! Guest access You will have access to the dining room for breakfast and the 2nd floor gathering room for a view of the lake and a cold beverage of your choice. please note there are stairs to the bedrooms and stairs to the beach. During your stay Bob and Karyl are usually always on site. Other things to note Beach is rocky so bring some swim shoes. We are right on the Island Line Bike Path so bring your wheels!
