The space Condo unit is an open concept 1BR flat with a total floor area of Fourty-Five Square Meters with the a veranda overlooking the green mountain, a kitchen, a living room equipped with Smart 43” TV with Bose Sound Pad and free WI-FI in the room. Unit can accommodate maximum of 6 persons Check-in time: 2:00 - 4:30 pm Check-out time: 12:00 noon Kitchen is equipped with Fridge, 4-Burner Electric Top Range, Electric Kettle, Microwave, Pots & Pans, Plates, Drinking Glasses, Utensils and Basic Kitchen Wares. Unit has a queen sized bed, an L-shaped couch which can be turned into a bed for two and mattresses. Guest access Access to Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club requires endorsement from the member and by paying the Entrance Fee separate from the Condominium Fee. All Guest Fees include use of Pico Beach, Country Club swimming pool & locker room only. Guests will also be able to access a wide variety of amenities throughout the club/resort such as the Country Club Pool, Pico Beach, Sports & Recreational activities with a SEPARATE FEE e.g. •Water Activities – jet ski, kayak, cove tours, banana boat etc. •Indoor Activities – Gym, Bowling, Basketball, Badminton, Tennis, Squash, Table Tennis etc. •Outdoor Activities – Hiking, Pony Ride, a pleasant jog/walk around the resort. Other things to note VISITING PICO DE LORO WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP IS MADE POSSIBLE THROUGH: An authorization letter from a member by endorsement if you are staying in one of the condos. However, please be guided that only guests, listed in the letter can enter Pico de Loro. PICO DE LORO (NON-MEMBER) GUEST FEE The guest fee at Pico de Loro that should be paid upon arrival varies per season, the Guest Fee for an adult on a weekend is PHP 1000 (Lean Season), PHP 1,400 (Peak Season), PHP 1,500 (High Season), and PHP 1,700 during Holy Week & Christmas Season . Children below 4 years are free of charge. Guest fee on the Lean Season (Weekdays of January – February & July – November) Adult: PHP 1000 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 500 Guest fee on the Peak Season (Weekends of January – February & July – November; Weekdays of March – June & December; All holidays) Adult: PHP 1,400 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 600 Guest fee on the High Season (Weekends of March – June & December) Adult: PHP 1,500 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 700 Guest fee on the Holy Week/Christmas Season Adult: PHP 1,700 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 800 Please note that the guests will need a cash card to settle transactions at the Country Club and Pico Beach (Restaurants and Sports & Recreation Outlets). The cash card is a pre-paid and debit card which is valid for one year. The cash card is Php 50.00 and minimum initial load is Php1,000.00. Any unused amount is non-refundable but may be used on your next visit. Kindly be informed that UNACCOMPANIED guests may access the Country Club and the Pico Beach.
