Ideal for a working professional looking or a traveler. The room features a workspace, large closet spaces, a compact fridge and smart TV. The room also has two large windows and a view of the backyard. The bathroom is shared and is conveniently located close to this bedroom. The room is located on the second floor of the house. The space This Stately Queen Anne Victorian house has an original wood inlay and beautiful chestnut doors, window trims, and staircase. You're surely going to have a remarkable experience. The house is on a quiet street. You could walk to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, laundromats. It's also accessible to major NJ highways, away from the bustle of NYC, but close enough to commute as well! The neighborhood is safe and I have very friendly neighbors. There are plenty of public street parking spaces available (no permit needed). I have a beverage corner where you can enjoy an unlimited amount of hot instant coffee, tea, or just a glass of cold water from my water dispenser. The house is heated through an efficient steam-heat system in the winter and I offer a window A/C unit during the summertime. My place has South-Western light that keeps it warmer in the winter and a great leafy Oak tree and conifer keep it 10 degrees cooler in the summer! I have two security cameras, one outdoors on the front porch and the other is indoors visible in the shared hallway. The cameras record video and audio and only ever capture shared spaces. During your stay I am a software engineer. I am available on the weekends. During the week I work from 9 AM to 5 PM. During my work hours, I am available to reply to text messages and phone calls after 5 PM. Other things to note This reservation does not come with access to the kitchen or it's appliances, washer or dryer. The bathroom is shared. There is a laundromat, that's unaffiliated with this reservation, 1 min away from the house that you can utilize. Kindly review the house rules to insure a comfortable stay.
