The penthouse has nearly 3,000 square feet of living space laid out over a single story. High ceilings, an open-concept layout and large windows showcasing panoramic views over the Verwall valley make the villa feel like a freestanding chalet, while gorgeous details like wood paneling and a wood-burning fireplace create a warm, traditional ambience. There’s plenty of room to cozy up with family and friends on the two sectionals around the fireplace in the living room, in the separate TV lounge, or around a dining table that seats twelve.
