Cook Mansion is a 5800 square foot Historical Building built in 1873 that borders the beautiful Shequaga Falls that can be seen inside of the house facing the falls. The space Whole house includes kitchen, living room, 2 dining rooms, sitting room, and 4 king bedrooms and 2 double queen bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Other things to note The rental of the whole house is only for family and friends to stay together enjoying each other’s company and the beautiful area together. No parties are allowed. No weddings are allowed. No pets are allowed. No smoking in the house. Maximum occupancy at any time on the property is 16 people.
