Just walking distance to the beautiful and renowned Danang beaches and a 5-minute taxi | motorbike ride or 10-minute bicycle ride to the central part of town. The space Located among the beaches (just 0,6km to the nearest beach, river (just 1,2 km to Han River) and mountains (just 5km to Son Tra peninsula); Great ventilation and access to fresh air; The front balcony with the airy and breezy provides a nice view to see surrounding green trees while a small back balcony provides a view to Son Tra peninsula’s mountain and other mountains; There are climbing plants located on the second floor front yard where guests can sit and enjoy tea/ coffee, sunbathing, relaxing or eating BBQ ... Guests can play our violin, guitars, cajon and recorder in the house or in the yard. Just inform us to be given with a classical or an acoustic guitar, a violin, a cajon, and a recorder. For the piano, our guests can use it in the shared living room on the ground floor. Guest access - 24/7 own stair access; - No curfew at all; - Guests can use the open front yard located on the second floor 24/7. - Guests can use our piano room on the first floor or bring our guitar, violin, cajon or recorder to our guests' house. - Guests can use all the facilities (4-season indoor swimming pool; sauna, steam, jacuzzi, a 6-degree Celsius pool, gyms, yoga ....) free or charge at the Elite Fitness Center - Premium Fitness Club with the host (as a membership). Please let the host know in advance so that one guest taking turn can follow and use those facilities. Other things to note - Check in Time: 2pm onwards - Check out Time: 12 noon - bath towels & beach towers: provided. - basic toiletries (basic soap, shampoo and toilet rolls) provided. - washing powder & detergent for the washing machine provided. * If guests might have sensitive skin, kindly bring your own shampoo. Please do not use the network and power outlets in the TV area and please do not unplug the power and network cables. Kindly use the other power outlets for your electrical usage. Please clean up after cooking. An additional guest after 2 guests (7 years old and above) who stay overnight will be charged 10US$ each person per night.
