Guests have a private entrance from the outside. There is a washer and dryer which may be used by arrangement. The gardens are full of flowers in mid-late summer. Guest access We have a old tennis court with basketball hoop at one end. We have a canoe which may be rented for day trips to nearby Huntington Park. 1 hour to beautiful Kent falls or Lake Waramaug Other things to note We are child-friendly.
