Svetland is a front beach house located in Grigoleti Established in 2018, Country of Georgia. It offers comfort and privacy for any style of holiday for a family or a group of friends ! The magnetic sand beach is just in a few steps from the house. Private yard with pine trees acts as mini-ecosystem. The space Beach House Svetland offers 3 comfortable bedrooms for 6+1, three bedrooms, living and office areas, balconies with Black Sea views, a garage for two cars, private yard with pine trees. The bedrooms and office have wooden floors and ceilings, which allow the house to stay cool in hot summer. Guests will have exclusive use of a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, laundry, air conditioners , heating system (for cold seasons), fireplace, WiFi, IPTV, iron and iron desk. Books, outdoor and indoor games for adults and kids are also provided. Svetland belongs to my family and we usually spend summer in here, and rent it when it is free. We mainly rely on rental income to maintain the house, keeping it cozy and comfortable. That is why during your stay we would kindly ask you to remember that this is not a hotel, you are staying in someone's house and we appreciate if you keep it clean and tidy. Guest access We rent the entire house. Personal belongings of the owners are stored in one of the storage rooms and wardrobes. Guests ARE NOT ALLOWED taking to the beach the house assets, such as blankets, towels, pillows, or furniture, except for the plastic chairs and sun loungers stored in the garage. PLEASE ALSO REMEMBER: 1.Do not smoke inside the building; 2.Do not let your kids paint on walls, please; 3. You are kindly advised not to go upstairs right after the beach, please take a shower first at the garage floor (ground floor) and enter the house afterwards when you are dry. 4.Do not forget to store all the chairs in the garage if rains and before you go to bed; 5.Take your garbage when you checkout. Such little things save our time to check in new guests or let you check out later. 6. Do not leave the electricity and electric devices on when going out! 7. Do not leave air conditioners on when doors and windows are open. For the rest, contact the owner. Daily maid service, bottled drinking water and breakfast are not provided. Other things to note Upon the visitor's request, some additional paid services can be offered, such as: 1. Transfer from and to Tbilisi, Kutaisi or Batumi International Airports, as well as from and to Ureki or Poti train stations; 2. We can also help you to organize a trip to Svaneti, the fantastic mountain area which worth to go. It would be a perfect combination of vacationing at the beach and mountains in West Georgia, and it is going to be two journeys in one trip!
