Guests have their own gated entrance through a lovely garden path hidden in the heart of Madison's near-east side. It's a five minute drive to downtown or the Alliant Energy Center. Lots of action within a few blocks including: wine and coffee shops, restaurants, brew-pubs, Ohlbrich Botanical Garden, Lake Monona, bike paths, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, beach and boat launch, the Barrymore Theatre, and let's not forget the Gail Ambrosius Chocolate shop.... The space The cottage is a newly remodeled version of a 100-year-old building nestled in the garden behind The Sound Garden Recording Studio. It's just far enough off the street to limit the noise from Atwood Ave. Enjoy a wood fire in the chimenea or grill out on the charcoal weber grill. Guest access The entire cottage and access to the garden area. Other things to note There is no dishwasher but we provide dish soap, etc. for you to clean your dishes.
