We are on a secluded, one-acre wooded lot on a quiet street less then two miles from our thriving and quaint downtown, Less than 2 miles from USCA, 1/4 mile easy walk to Hitchcock Woods (look it up!) one mile from historic Aiken Golf Club, 15 minutes from downtown Augusta, Ga. Shopping, restaurants, hospital all within two mile easy access! The space This bedroom is 320 SF plus en suite bath with skylights. Two dormer window bays enlarge the area. This room has a queen bed with down comforter, sofa, writing desk, ceiling fan, mini-refrigerator, coffee, instant hot water pot, guest bath robes and breakfast table. Our guests may access our kitchen also. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs available to book separately: one queen and one with twin beds. Guest access Guests have access to shared living area with wood-burning fireplace, dining room, large sunny kitchen, playroom with ping-pong table and smart TV, and outdoor areas. Gas grill on back deck. During your stay We personally welcome you to our home and offer any information you may need about Aiken. We are on the property and available by text or phone but otherwise we respect your privacy. Other things to note No smoking. Not handicap accessible, rooms are upstairs. Our friendly toy poodle, Dusty, will greet you enthusiastically. Please don’t let him outside. No cats or other pets allowed.
