We are a local family living in Sorake, Nias, Indonesia. We live in a simple house, 50 m from the beach. We have a guest house upstairs consist of 3 rooms. The room has an air conditioning. Our place is 200m away from famous surfing spot, "the point". It is a short drive to other surf spots. Breakfast is included. Affordable, local meal is available. We can pick you up from the airport. Also we provide surfing lessons for all levels and trips around the island. Rental motorbike is available. The space You will have a private room with air conditioning and you will have your own private bathroom (Indonesian Mandi). No hot water, but who needs it with daily temperature of 30 degree Celsius:-). Simple breakfast (coffee/tea with donuts or cakes) is included. You can order 'tourist' breakfast, like pancake, fried rice of jaffle with a small price. Please note that NO breakfast for monthly stay (more than 27 days). Local meal can be provided for a small fee. We can provide rental boards or if you need to buy one. Our place is 100 m away from ding repair shop. You can also rent boards at Sorake beach and Lagundri beach 5 minutes drive (2 km). Our place and facilities are simple, local standard, but we hope you find that life integrated into the local Nias way of life to be beautiful and rewarding.
