Traditional year round Adirondack cottage located in Wells, NY the heart of the southern Adirondacks.The cottage has an open floor plan offering guests a family & living room both with wood stoves, an open kitchen/dining area, 1st floor bath & laundry. The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. A large open air porch makes a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, large enough for evening entertaining after a day at the beach which is only a 2 minute walk away. The space Route 30 Retreat has a fully fenced back yard offering privacy and security for children and dogs. There is a large fire pit and great entertaining space. We are dog friendly with an additional cleaning fee.
