The space A note about our cleaning and disinfection practices. We always have and always will provide freshly laundered linens. All of our sheets, blankets, quilts, towels, and bath mats are professionally laundered using high heat wash and dry so they are thoroughly sanitized. We let every unit sit a minimum of 24 hours before we enter after a guest leaves. We then use an ozone generator for 12 hours. After that we clean with proper personal protective equipment - gloves and mask. Then we disinfect all touch surfaces with an EPA approved list N disinfectant which the EPA and CDC have approved to kill viruses. We take the health and safety of our guests and our cleaning crew very seriously. Each of our units also has its own private yard and no shared entry ways or stairways.
