Conveniently located nearLancaster Amish Country and Gettysburg. We are less than 5 minutes from both rt. 30 and rt. 83. Please note we subscribe to the original spirit of the 'shared economy'. We are sharing our home with you and offering hospitality as a friend. We do not wish to be treated like a hotel. The space Private Room with 2 bunk beds AND Loft Room with Queen bed. Private bath. The entire upstairs is yours to enjoy. There will be no one else in the other room. Maximum accommodation is a party of 4. If you are a party of 1 or 2, there will be no other guests in the other room. We maintain a 'No shoes, No pets, No fragrances' policy for those with sensitivities. We have very good air conditioning - so you will be comfortable in the summer months. There is a blind in the loft room for added privacy. Ample drawer and closet space for longer stays. While we are child friendly, the space is adult oriented and not child-proof. There is no TV. Guest access Guests have the entire second floor. Use of the fridge and microwave, but no cooking. You may use the kitchen and deck for meals, but no cooking. You are welcome to relax on the deck in season. During your stay Please communicate your ETA prior to check-in so we can plan around you. Please remember we live in this home and we are not a hotel, so we request check-in no later than 9pm. We are well traveled and have hosted guests from all over the world for many years. Sharing travel stories on the deck in summer or in the newly remodeled kitchen is welcomed. Or if you prefer to be left alone, that's ok too. Extending peace is our intention at all times.
