Located on beautiful Lake Cochituate in a quiet neighborhood. Access to Dock with kayaks, paddle board and fishing. Close to Mass Pike, Route 9, Natick Mall, restaurants. We are 27 Miles west of Boston / Logan Airport. We are 5 miles from Wellesley college. We offer 1-2 bedrooms, please view photo's with notes. Note* you must go up the spiral staircase to access the full bathroom. There is no running water on the first floor. NO SMOKING, please. The space Beautiful, spacious bedroom with king bed and lofted ceilings with lots of natural light (pack a sleep mask if you don't like to be woken by the sun:) and a view of the lake. There is an additional bedroom / office space adjacent to the living area on the first floor that is available with a queen bed. Please note, There is not a bathroom / sink on the main floor. Guest access Dock, paddle boards, kayak, fishing gear. Feel free to use the grill and patio as well. Other things to note Please specify if you will be needing the second bedroom /office area and your number of guests. Otherwise we will lock it to avoid additional cleaning and provide additional towels for more than 2 guests.
