The space This spacious, lake front home provides lake access just feet away with your own private slip and covered dock. Located in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, Appalachian Trail, pickle ball courts, public beach, fine dining, and downtown Hiawassee. We are conveniently located to the quaint Georgia towns of Helen, Young Harris, Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Clayton, as well as local towns in North Carolina such as Hayesville and Murphy. With four bedrooms, this house is large enough for the whole family, friends, or reunions. Sleeping arrangements include eight beds (3 queens and 5 twins (1 with a trundle). We feature two large den areas: one upstairs, one downstairs, both with large screen TVs, perfect for the younger set to enjoy their time away as well. The living spaces are roomy enough to host and entertain your group with the provided cards, board games, custom cornhole, yardzee, and fishing equipment, all for your enjoyment. We maintain a well equipped and spacious kitchen for those quiet evenings dining on the deck, gazing upon the million dollar lake/mtn view or roasting marshmallows on the outdoor firepit. Guest access The main level includes a full kitchen, dining, den, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sunroom. The lower level includes a large den, large bedroom, 2 twin beds (1 twin trundle), spacious full size bath, and a living/dining room with kitchenette. Outside features a two-tier deck as well as a firepit and gas grill. Other things to note This is a PET FREE HOME Free high-speed Broadband WiFi Fully equipped kitchen The subdivision recognizes a quiet time of 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parking in the driveway is limited to THREE cars Parking on the street and across the street is NOT ALLOWED The driveway is relatively steep and may not be conducive to some boat trailers A public boat launch can be found less than five miles from the home at Town's County Park A public beach, playgrounds, and numerous picnic tables can be found at the Towns County Recreational Beach (less then three miles away). If you enjoy golf, pay a visit to Brasstown Valley Resort and Chatuge Shores Golf Courses, both less than seven miles from the front door.
