SUITE A- Room 1: This is a beautifully renovated apartment mins from Mercer Univ and downtown medical facilities. Rental boosts one large bathroom (shared with one housemate) and a spacious bedroom, fully furnished with a Queen sized bed, dresser, night stand and desk. Laundry room is conveniently tucked away upstairs. House includes a large living room and galley kitchen. Bedroom is equipped with a security key pad for privacy and safety. House has easy self check-in with a smart lock. During your stay Guest will be given a contact number to contact the host during their stay. Other things to note If guest chooses not abide by our strict NO SMOKING or NOT PETS POLICY they will be fined an additional Two-Hundred Dollars. Also, if any guest shows little regard to rules and policies, they will be warned and may be asked to leave without refund.
