Welcome to our quiet and cozy walkout 400 sq. ft. basement guest suite with a private entrance and keyless entry. It attaches to a private residence so please be respectful. Enjoy the valley view, farm green, resident pheasant and quail, singing birds, and beautiful sunsets. The space Complimentary hot beverage packets. All games and and toys are for your use, but please return them to their spot when checking out. Also, feel free to carefully tear out the page you are working on and leave the book for other guests to enjoy. Guest access Guest parking is at the top of the driveway, in the gravel area to the right, facing the garage doors and is long enough to accommodate 2 cars/trucks or a vehicle and a trailer. The entrance is in the back of the house which is on the downhill side. Please, carefully walk over to the concrete stairs, as you are facing the house/garage, and walk down onto the red walkway and proceed around 2 corners to the red door on the patio. You'll see the table and chairs. At night, motion sensing lights will turn on for your safety. Other things to note Only the number of guests booked are allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are 10pm- 8am.
