Morning 'rush hour' road traffic can be a bit noisy (for a small French village). This a great area for walking, cycling, swimming. The Lac du Jouarres, just 15 minutes away by car, is a great place for a swim or for wind-surfing. You can also go to the river in Bize Minervois 20-25 minutes away. The TV works via wifi/internet as it’s not connected to an ariel. The house is on three floors with 'spiral' stairs to the roof terrace so is not suitable for wheelchairs users or people with accessibility needs.
