Eddie Verdriet and Hien Le are a Dutch Vietnamese couple who are pioneering in the small village of Ta Van, 12 kilometers outside Sapa. Since March 2012 they run Luckydaisy’s Bamboo Bar and Lunch Restaurant to add something to tourism in the only home-stay village for trackers around Sapa. Since June 2012s they also opened their Buffalo House, a Giay wooden minority house of roughly 80 m2, for rent to couples, families or small private groups.
