This peaceful, coastal cottage was built in 2019 and sits on 5 acres of lush green grass, gardens and overlooks Deer Lagoon and Useless Bay. The bright, modern farmhouse is magazine worthy, immaculate and features all brand new and top of the line furniture, appliances, linens, towels and is completely outfitted for the gourmet cook. For babies, the cottage provides a pak n play, booster seat and toys. For adults there is bocce ball and croquet upon request. The space This cottage was recently built as a getaway destination for the host's friends, family and new airbnb guests. It shares the property with a large home occupied full-time by the host's retired parents, who have lived on Moonrise Lane, Whidbey Island for 27 years and are a wealth of information. Guest access Guests are welcome to play games or just walk around the 5 acres. Air TV now included in two tvs! Other things to note We are extremely diligent with cleaning and disinfecting for our guests. Sprays, cleansers, wipes and disinfecting lotions are also provided. Being located in rural surroundings with wide open spaces makes social distancing easier to maintain. We also have many restaurants on Whidbey with take out food service. The list of participating restaurants will be sent to you before your arrival, or is listed in the manual inside the cottage.
