You are welcomed to make any meals on your own. We would appreciate if you could clean up after cooking. - Free parking. - BBQ's service for the group. - The house is cozy like your own home and the host is extremely cute and enthusiastic. Guest access - Tea are provided free for you. - We provide board games for your relaxing time together. - The lounge, entertainment place are connected to the dinning room and the open - kitchen. You can access to all the modern cooking tools, as well as the large fridge and the outdoor BBQ equipment. - We have a big parking yard at the front for your cars or vans without extra fee. - Transportation is easily access and wide road. - You can use everything while staying at my home. (1-5 kg) - Scooter for rent: 130.000 VND/day. - Manual for rent: 100.000 VND/day. - BBQ: The BBQ menu is at reception, you just need to order the BBQ 1 day in advance, everything will be prepared. Other things to note * Just let me know what you need, I'll support for you 1. Book tour to visit the city. 2. Book the car to go or pick up at the airport. 3. Book the car to move to another city. 4. Set up BBQ party. 5. Set up birthday party. 6. Set up a party for your honeymoon. 7. Motorbike or car rental (4/7/16/29/50 seats). + We will need you to take a photo of the front of your ID or Passport (including passport information, visa and entry stamp) of everyone to register your stay information with the local authorities. + Guests are not allowed to move any furniture inside the villa. In the case of loss or damage to property, guests must cover the cost of damage repair which will be charged when checking out. + For easy storage of money, documents and valuable every room has a private room key. We recommend our guests should always keep money and valuables along. The villa will not be responsible under any condition for the loss of money and valuables. + Please do not smoke inside the bedroom with any reason, we will charge you $50 for smoking in the wrong place. You can smoke outside the villa or designated areas. + Please turn off all the electrics and to close the windows when going outside. + The hot water system is automatic so you don't need to adjust anything, if you need any help inside the villa just contact to me ! + We only clean the villa before your check in and after your check out, any other extra cleaning services will need to be paid separately.
