This 2-story home is located in a small village off the shore of Lake Sevan. Take a short 10-15 minute walk and you'll reach the shore of the lake. It's a beautiful spacious cottage with a big yard and all amenities you can think of. It's very cozy, comfortable and best of all very quiet. It's suitable for chilling, working, or having fun. This cozy home is only a 1.5-hour drive away from Yerevan. There are shops nearby but have a limited variety. The space At the home, you'll have a big yard where children can play volleyball and run around, maybe even jump on the trampoline. In the meantime, you can sit on the beautiful patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Later during the day you can fire up the grill and cook a delicious barbecue to feed your family or friends. All the necessary equipment will be available at the home. If you want to turn on "vacation mode," we recommend grabbing a drink, jumping in the hot tub, and enjoying the starry nights. By the way, you can often see shooting stars right above the home. This adorable home is located next to a mountain where many tourists come to hike and ride horses.
