Other things to note This is a historic Hudson Valley home, in our region you can expect bugs such as boxelder beetles, lady bugs, stink bugs, ants and bees seasonally outside, in the yard and occasionally in the house. Please consider this if you have any issues or fears. We cannot guarantee the spaces will be free from them but we do employ pest control services and use natural essential oils spray to deter them. A small handheld vacuum is also left in the space for your use during your stay:-) Dog fee applies $75 per pet please inquire. We support @poochesoutofpr with our pet fees…follow us on IG and help us raise awareness! We expect pets to be house trained and not to go on furniture. If your custom is to allow this please bring your own coverings. Also bring your own towels to wipe down your pet after walks or in inclement weather. Added cleaning will apply if our cleaners must do a deep cleaning to remove hair and prints / dirt from furniture or beds;-) we’ve been there, we understand it happens … we just want to ensure we can keep our pets allowed policy.
