King Select Comfort bed in master bedroom, 2nd floor bedroom has queen bed and sitting area, fold away dining table for four in the eat in kitchen, gas range with gas oven, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, farmers porch on the front to enjoy the fall, winter and spring air. Enjoy coffee on the porch in any season. The space Entire cottage on beautiful Southport Island just minutes from downtown Boothbay Harbor. Radiant heat in floors makes this a perfect retreat for a fall winter or spring getaway. Boothbay Region has a lot to offer in our off seasons. Gardens Aglow in 2023 will be a in person walking event for families to enjoy. Many restaurants and shops remain open year round. Guest access Guests will have access to entire two bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom cottage with ample parking for two vehicles. Overflow parking at main house located on the lower part of the property. Other things to note During winter snowy months, guests may need to move their vehicles so that plowing the driveway can happen.
