The space This is a private second floor apartment above the garage with cathedral beamed ceilings. The house is a Bow Cape, (the upside down hull of a boat). Great views of the lake and mountains in the distance. We provide coffee, tea and cream and sugar. You are welcome to enjoy the beach, adirondacks chairs on the dock and kayaks and paddle board. The beach is rocky. Water shoes are helpful. Guest access This is a second floor apartment with its own entrance. If stairs are a difficulty this may not be a good fit. The beach is available for swimming or boating. Other things to note The house is situated on 3.4 acres with plenty of parking. It is a great place to start your bicycle or kayak trip. It is less than a 30 minute car ride to Burlington. You can take the bike ferry to Burlington or a car ferry to Plattsburgh, NY. South Hero is home to a great Vineyard/Winery and several apple orchards.
