This studio is wonderful. Location is quiet and perfectly located so daily sun sets are a part of your holiday. Great small restaurant are all around and beach is about a 10 minute walk down Soi 5. There is a fresh vegetable market opened everyday after 13:00. I think they are closed on Tuesdays. **Wifi is covered by guests. **Electricity/Air conditioning also covered by guests. The space The building and neighbors are very quiet. Poolside is enjoyable without many kids and there is a 7-11 right around the corner. This is an excellent space to relax while in Pattaya and escape the "busy" areas but also be close by. Guest access Pool and sauna and gym are on 2M floor. Other things to note Wifi is covered by guests that stay in this condo. I have access to wifi but not currently set up. This is not included in the rent. Electricity/Air Conditioning is also covered by guests.
