You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, a large driveway, a large backyard for outdoor activities, and its location in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The luxurious one-bedroom apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, couples with one kid, and business travelers. People from all backgrounds are welcome. The space There are: one bedroom with a queen bed, a closet, and a TV. There is a full bathroom. There are a Futon sofa bed, a dining table for four, and a TV in the living room The owner lives next to the apartment. Everyone is welcome We will be happy to have you Guest access Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen (pans, pots, baking sheets, dinnerware silverware, napkins, paper plates, paper cups for water and coffee, glasses, toaster, blender, etc), bedroom, living room with a dining table, a small bar, a full bathroom, a laptop station. Bedsheets are available for the queen bed and the sofa. Towels are available for 3 people. Hangers, iron, coffee, tea, and water are also available. There is a nice backyard that is private too. There are cable TV and wireless internet. With cable TV, in addition to the local channels, you will have access to many other channels including CNN, ESPN, TNT, etc. You will not miss the news, the games. and your favorites TV shows. If you are a business traveler, you can also request a piece of business equipment such as an LCD and a small screen if needed. It can be used only in the apartment. Other things to note The owner speaks French and English CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee ($100) is included in the Airbnb booking quote. Please keep the place clean with no smell. NOTE: if the guest does not leave the place clean, pictures will be sent to Airbnb. In this case, the cleaning fee will be $1,500 If the guest smoked in the apartment, an expert will be hired to confirm that the guest has smoked in the apartment. The smoking results will be sent to Airbnb and the Cleaning fee will be $1,500. Please keep the place clean with no smell.
