Home is a split-level single family home, bedroom is located on the basement level down the steps in the foyer. The space Private bedroom with keyed lock, mini-fridge, microwave, and private bathroom. Guest access Private bedroom and private bathroom are on the bottom floor of our split-level family home. There is someone else staying in the adjacent guest room, but they have their own bathroom as well. During your stay We reside on the upper level and rarely come to the basement level. We respect your privacy so we will limit in-person interactions but will be available if you have any questions or need anything. There is someone else staying in the adjacent guest room, but they have their own bathroom as well. Other things to note The common kitchen is not shared but the room has a mini-fridge and microwave. Laundry is not shared but laundromat is a five minute drive from the house. There may be light noise/footsteps from above.
