A brand new green apartment is located between the river and the beach. The building has a really special design like terraced fields in the North of Vietnam. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and the city center. On the rooftop, the apartment has a Jacuzzi pool where you can relax and enjoy the view from the rooftop. P/s: Please note that If you stay long term (from 28 days), the electricity will be not included in your room rate. Each apartment has at least a balcony, some of them have two or three balconies. Other things to note We charge fee for washing and drying clothes of short-term and long-term tenants.
