There are five bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. All rooms are designed in a modern and comfortable way. All 5 bedrooms have a double bed, balcony, bathroom, WC, Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning. Ground Floor: There is a large living room, open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, WC. In addition, there is a spacious and enjoyable veranda. There are various seating groups, swing, large dining table on the veranda. All necessary materials for preparing and serving meals are available in the kitchen. There are dining tables that can accommodate 12 people in our garden and living room. Middle Floor: There are three bedrooms, each 25 m2, with sea view. Each room has a private bathroom and balcony. There is 1 laundry and ironing room. Attic: There is a small kitchenette, a bedroom and a sitting area. A magnificent 70 m2 terrace with sea view awaits you. Lower Garden: There is a 5-person SPA Jacuzzi (self-cleaning with an ozone system) We have sunbathing and sitting areas made of teak wood and an open garage. Location of our villa: Only 15 minutes walking distance to Kaş center. Büyükçakıl beach: 7 minutes walking distance. It is the most beautiful natural beach of Kaş. Liman Ağzına: You can reach private beaches with a 30-minute path walk. Center: 15 minutes walking distance or 3 minutes driving distance. There are cafes, bars, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, sea vehicles, car rental shops and shuttle transfer office. You can witness ancient civilizations with boat tours and go on trips to Kekova, Kaleköy, Patara, Kaputaş... If you want to have both a sea and a cultural holiday, you are in the right place. The car journey between Dalaman Airport and Kaş is 2,5 hours --- You can rent a car from the airport for transfer to Kaş. --- Some of my guests rent a car from Antalya airport because they need a car during their holidays. ---Private transfer is available from Antalya to Kaş. Most of my guests come by transfer. Then they rent a car from Kaş. I think the reasons why my guests prefer transfers are that it is less stressful and more comfortable.
