The house has two separate independent living zones, ground floor with 2 Bedrooms and its own kitchenette and upstairs main living space with 3 bedrooms, living rooms, full kitchen and dining room. The space The house has two separate living zones, the main one being on the top floor whilst the ground floor has its own kitchenette and laundry. In total, five bedrooms, spacious living room dining plus an alfresco entertainment space complete with lounge and table tennis. The open main living room, dining room and kitchen in the upper floor provides spacious place to enjoy the bay water views throughout. =====Sleeping Arrangements===== The house has five bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people as required. *Master Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2)* The main bedroom is located on the top floor, complete with ensuite. This main bedroom is furnished with 1x King size bed, ideal for 2 adults (plus 1 small child). *Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2)* Bedroom 2 is also located on the top floor, enjoying the view into the backyard. This room has 1x Queen size bed, sleeps for 2 adults. *Bedroom 3 (sleeps 4)* This room is located upstairs, adjacent to main bedroom 1. The room is furnished with two double sofa beds. This room is also equipped with TV entertainment units (DVD/Gaming consoles). *Main Bedroom 4 (sleep 2)* Bedroom 4 is the main master bedroom for the ground floor, with ensuite access to the bathroom. This room is equipped with 1x King size bed, perfect for 2 adults (plus 1 small child). *Bedroom 5 (sleeps 4)* Bedroom 5 is located on the ground floor and it has lounge area with kitchenette. The room is equipped with 1x Double bed plus the sofa bed in the lounge area can be converted into a double bed. ======= Living and Entertainment Areas ====== The house has two living areas for guests to enjoy the spacious space setup for variety of activities * Open main living room, Kitchen and dining room The main living room is located upstairs and enjoys the water view of the bay and have access to outdoor patio. The dining area have plenty of space to dine in or relax in the lounge room simply soaking the amazing water view. The kitchen is fully equipped for both indoor or outdoor cooking - complete with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Kids friendly plastic wares are also available. Guest is also welcome to consume complementary tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and paper in the pantry. Board games and books are available in this room for those prefer to enjoy indoor activities. * Kitchenette lounge * Located downstairs, this room serves as lounge room living space for the ground floor. It is equipped with electric cook top, mini bar fridge and sink - self sufficient for simple meal preparation. * The Alfresco * Located on the ground floor, this room is definitely the favourite - complete with lounge area and competition grade table tennis and a soccer table, ready for endless fun of ping pong family challenges! Variety of board games and books are also available in this room. For those wanting to indulge a bit of music creativity, a digital piano is available for guest to use. If exploring music instrument is not your type, a fun sing along and dancing is always an option... ******Linen***** The booking rate does not include beddings. We provide bath matts and hand towels. Guests are to bring their own blankets, bed sheets, pillows and pillow cases as well as towels. Alternatively, we can provide the complete beddings at small additional fee. Please advice prior to booking if this linen service is required. Guest access The house sits in a quiet residential area with easy access walk (100 meter) to the beach and 10 minutes walk to San Remo's famous village shopping centre and the Pier. Simply walk to the Pier for grocery shopping or enjoy variety of cafes and restaurants by the water - endless options for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Ample parking on the property as well as off the street. Other things to note Guest is required to bring their own bedding and linen (bed sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets and towels). Indication of the bed sizes is provided in the floor layout for each room to ensure the right size of bed sheets. Should guest require bedding and linen to be provided, we can arrange the linen service at additional costs. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and paper can be found in the pantry for guest to consume. For beach leisure, 2x kayaks can be made available at small fee. THERE IS STRICTLY NO PARTY OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY. Our beach home is located in a quiet residential area and our number one priority is to maintain the peaceful settings for our lovely neighbours and the neighbourhood surround. No pit/dirt bikes, electric scooters and any other illegal riding/driving or gathering on the residential streets that will increase the noise levels of the neighbourhood. Strictly no visitors into the beach house during your stay. The booking is only accommodated for the declared number of guests. You are welcome to meet visitors at the public place - the park, playground, beach nearby or cafes at the village. Any additional headcount that are undeclared will result in immediate booking cancellation.
