Our place is steps away from Skiing, Golfing, Dining, and Night Life. You’ll love our place because it is clean, comfortable and close to everything. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids) who are looking for activities or just a relaxing getaway. The space Our cozy studio condo is 480 sq. ft. with a kitchenette, a four burner stovetop, a small refrigerator, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, utensils, cookware, an electric grill on the patio and a few other essentials, such as coffee, creamer, popcorn, hair dryer and a basket of toiletries (if you forget yours at home). The unit has 2 queen size beds, a faux leather futon couch, and a small dining table with 4 chairs. It has a Flatscreen TV with local channels and a Roku streaming device with Netflix, Pandora, YouTube, news and many more channels for your viewing pleasure. We also have a blue ray player if you want to bring your own movies, along with Internet/WiFi. The deck offers a nice place to unwind and take in the scenery. The location of our condo is serene and provides a feeling of tranquility as soon as you enter the resort property. Guest access There is a Health & Fitness Spa in the Lakeview Hotel with exercise equipment, tanning beds, a hot tub, and sauna at a reasonable daily or weekly rate. During ski season, you are within walking distance to the Summit Village slopes and tubing hill. Discount ski prices are usually available at Summit Village on Sundays. Schuss offers a lift ticket and equipment discount every Wednesday and Sunday night through ski season. From 5-9 p.m. on Wednesday and Sunday, lift tickets are $10.00. During golf season, the resort offers discounts depending on tee time and location. The Pro Shop for The Legend Golf Course, The Lakeview Conference Center, Summit Village Shops, restaurants and pools are within walking distance of the condo. Behind The Lakeview Hotel is a beautiful view of Lake Bellaire . Seasonal amenities behind the hotel include: volleyball, horseshoes, outdoor pool, disc golf, tubing hill, skiing and a community campfire to relax and make s'mores. Fees apply to the disc golf, tubing and golfing activities. During the summer months, bring your kayaks, boat or wave runners and enjoy your time on Lake Bellaire. As our guest, you will have access to The Bellaire Beachclub, which has a gorgeous park, a sandy beach area for sunbathing, a raft in the swimming area for the kids, picnic tables, lounge chairs, a basketball court, playground equipment, gas grills for outdoor use and a kitchen/dining area in the Clubhouse, as well as a ping pong table. It is a beautiful location for your use by show of the membership card (card is in the condo) and signing the form on the clipboard upon your arrival as our guests. The public boat launch is very close to the Beachclub. If you don't want to bring your water toys, rentals are available on the lake. The Shanty Bar & Grill is a good hotspot to checkout on the weekends. Sarducci Restaurant is one of our favorite places to dine at Summit Village. It has ambiance, great Italian food, and specials on seafood to rave about! If you want to visit other areas of the resort during your stay, such as The Chief Bar & Grille, a hotspot for golfers and families alike, as it offers good food, drinks and outdoor entertainment. Cedar River Sports Bar at Cedar Village offers great food and drinks for the sports enthusiast who wants to watch sports while dining or enjoying cocktails at the bar. Ivan's at Schuss Mtn. Village offers weekend entertainment during ski season. These locations are a short drive from the condo or you can take the shuttle service. The shuttle service will also drive you to and from downtown Bellaire where you can shop, visit Short's Brewery, see a movie, or just take a stroll.
