Great for boating, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, golfing, or hiking in the area. The space This is the downstairs of a two-family home. The property is shared with a really nice upstairs tenant and his dog that is there full-time except for a few months in the winter. If hearing someone walking upstairs is going to bother you, this is not the place for you. It's a quiet neighborhood with a young family next door so we are not looking for party people to stay here. It's for someone who wants a relaxing place to stay. There are probably about 25 steps to get down to the apartment, so please keep in mind if that works for you. Hi-speed wifi and Roku smart tv hub included with many services or add your own. This is a lakefront home. It's not a house across the street from the lake. It is not a house behind another house on the lake. It is not just a house with lake rights. This house is right on the lake with a dock with beautiful views all year round. Summer, Fall, Winter, or Spring there are things to do an enjoy in the area. Ice fishing, snow mobiles, ice skating, or just walking to the local bars on the lake are a great experience. Mountain Creek is about a 35 min drive on scenic back roads or head over to PA for various places to ski or snowboard. Mattress is higher end Beautyrest with a medium feel. I always keep a medical grade mattress protector on it so it is in perfect condition. Guest access You will have access to the property and grill and patio. There is parking for one car in the gravel driveway across the street. Relax on the lawn or the dock and take in the views. Other things to note I like to mention again, because I want my guests to be aware of as much as possible so there are no surprises. This is the downstairs apartment of a 2 family house.
