My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them. The space The guests have a 100% private bedroom, bathroom, and living room. A great patio, and a large back yard with plenty of space to park or give the pets some room to walk. Guest access The washing machine and dryer are fully available alongside a mini kitchen setup with microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, mini fridge, etc. There is a tree swing hanging from a huge beautiful oak in the backyard and a propane grill available for outdoor guest. Other things to note Everything is nearby and of any of our guests that want recommendations or help with anything at all, from changing the thermostat temperature to directions to a place will get support from us every time. Pets are allowed, however, we will charge a $50 pet fee, and if the pet is left unattended in the property, it needs to be kennelled. If you have a service dog please provide the evidence. If you provide the service dog evidence we will not charge the fee. We have a large gated back yard, but please clean up after your pet.
