Living room has Smart TV setup & Bedroom has a 65 inch Samsung TV mounted and AIR CONDITONER!!!! A must have. Washer and dryer at your disposal! Make yourself at home. I truly adore living in this building. Most of my neighbors have been in the building for 60+ years. That being said, the building has a very mature laid-back vibe to it. The space I love living in Harlem, Hamilton Heights especially! I am conveniently located on riverside drive so am steps away from Riverside Park. The location is everything, walking distance or short Uber to all of Harlem’s best restaurants. I personally recommend trying ROKC, Fumo and The Grange Eatery! When it comes to brunch... sooo many options don’t even get me started. What I like most is that I’m 1 block from the 1 train, what a godsend. The 1 train can get you into the heart of the city in 20 minutes or less. I’m still new to Harlem, have always loved in Brooklyn but I am thoroughly enjoying the history and liveliness of Home Sweet Harlem. Guest access My space, is your space.
