The Stalls At Whitefish
Remember how fun it was to play in the loft of your granddaddy's barn when you were a kid? Well, it's still fun, but this ain't your granddaddy's barn. The space The downstairs is all business. With eight stalls and paddocks with automatic waterers, a tack room, and a horse-wash station, your horses will feel right at home. Maybe you want to bring a llama, a dog, or a wallaroo. I don't care; throw 'em in a stall. We want to accommodate your needs. And you're probably a little more discerning than your pets, which is why the upstairs is well-appointed to suit your needs. This space was built for relaxation, so you can veg out watching TV, clean up in the rainfall shower after a day of hiking, riding, or skiing, or fall asleep watching the fireglow from your bed. Only five miles from downtown Whitefish, The Stalls at Whitefish is conveniently close to restaurants and entertainment, yet it feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. Bucolic at its best. In the summer, you can grill a steak and eat next to the campfire. In the winter, you can snowshoe, cross country ski (there's even a groomed trail a few miles down the road), snowmobile, or head up to Big Mountain for a day of downhill skiing. No matter what you like to do, we're close to it. And when the day is done, there's no better setting in which to relax. Whatever your preference, come on over! So that there's no confusion on the number of beds/bedrooms, There's a master bedroom with a king bed. There's a bunk area just outside the bedroom with 3 bunks that the kids will love. And there's a sleeper sofa in the living room. Guest access The parking area is just outside the barn. Heck, I even put up a sign for you. Please don't park inside the barn. Other things to note Please keep aforementioned dogs, wallaroos, etc. in the stalls downstairs. If you're bringing horses, there's a separate boarding fee agreement that I can send you before you arrive. You are welcome to enjoy my vegetable/flower garden (look for the gate and sign to the pathway). It's a great place to read a book or just listen to the bees buzz. You can pick some fresh herbs for your dinner or munch on a fresh strawberry. If you see a gopher in the garden, play Whack-A-Mole.
