This, recently renovated, ranch style home is an architecturally and historically important property with views of Squaw Valley. The property has a rich athletic history. Coaches and members of the U.S. Olympic and World Cup Ski and Cycling Teams built & customized this unique redwood and concrete home to comfortably accommodate large groups. The space NOTE: There are (2) bunk rooms. Each bunk room has (2) bunk beds for a total of (4) beds per room. They are doubles on the bottom and singles on the top. Each bunk room can sleep (6) people. Children absolutely love them! The bunk beds are solid yet comfortable as they have been upgraded to pillow top mattresses and do not sag! Lastly, each bunk room has it's own bathroom ;) The King's and Queen beds far exceed what you would expect in a vacation rental! Each has been upgraded to a quality, super-comfortable, pillow-top mattress to ensure a restful nights sleep ;) This is a fabulous indoor/outdoor home to entertain family, friends and work associates. All the rooms open up onto the spectacular 1500 square foot patio which is one of the largest in Squaw Valley! There is a 6 seater hot tub with a plentiful amount of jets, 2 Captain's Chairs, a Lounge chair, 3 other seats and a waterfall to relax the day away. There is also a dry sauna and massage chair in one of the King Rooms ;) There are a number of super-comfortable infinity chairs that circle the fire pit. They are easily movable and make excellent lounge chairs to catch some sun as well. There is a also a round picnic table with a tilting umbrella and several individual tables. Additional folding tables are excessible as well with advance notice. Families and friends love to have barbecues on the patio and then gather around the fire pit to star-gaze while they socialize and make smores ;) The kitchen is one of the best equipped with a large variety of cooking utensils, large pots and pans, bowls, serving platters and everything else a well equipped kitchen would have for large groups. Cozy up in a large comfortable audio/video area where you can listen to music, watch your favorite shows, movies and sporting events together on a 70" HDTV. If you enjoy entertaining in style, there are plenty of rooms, bedrooms and comfy seating areas inside and out to do just that ;) Whether you're having a family get together, entertaining friends, a sports team learning or talking about the big event or having a business retreat, THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR YOU!!
