Our property is located right in the city on the coast of Mindelo's favorite beach, Laghina! Our veranda has amazing views of Monte Cara, the ocean, sunrise, sunset, and city coast line - We are steps from the beach and a short walk to town! The space The elevator in our building begins on the second floor. Outside of our building the electric company has a water desalination site, and makes a bit of a humming noise. Guest access Free Wi-Fi Other things to note Upon check-in you will have a full tank of water for use of washing and cooking if you require the tank to be filled additional times during your stay there will be a charge of 3,000 CVE (30 EUR) each time. Please be responsible with your water use as water is a scarce and precious resource here thank you!
