Centrally located in Glenwood Springs our home allows you to explore the beauty of the valley with the benefit of being in a comfortable, well thought out space. 3 bedrooms, 3 remote work spaces, in home laundry, large backyard with fire pit and grill. We really are close to it all! Within a 10 minute walk or less you have: Grand Avenue (downtown core) Roaring fork and Colorado rivers (Rafting anyone?) Hiking/ biking trails (some start at the entrance to the neighborhood even) Bus stop The space The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and has 3 separate workspaces to allow for remote work (if needed) during your stay. We also have a Peloton bike for you to use for exercise (bring your shoes!) Along with a very quiet back patio and yard with a lounge area and fire pit perfect for making s'mores or enjoying the stars. Guest access Our home is close to everything, but tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac allowing you to unwind and relax while you prepare for your next epic adventure. Guests will have full access to the home and yard. There is a storage shed used for owner supplies in the backyard. The home has 1 designated parking spot out front with additional street parking in the neighborhood. Please discuss before booking if you plan on having additional vehicles.
