The space Although this house feels more like an intimate cottage, this 1935 California bungalow has upgraded modern amenities like a new chef's stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, etc. Relax in your own backyard or on the patio complete with a gas bbq grill. The house is equipped with a mini split system A/C in the bedroom and ceiling fans, or you can enjoy the evening canyon breezes with the windows or doors wide opened. A portable bed (Twin bed) which can be stored in walk-in closet (when requested) for use. Typically this would be set up in the living room. If not requested, it will be stored elsewhere.
