It has a comfortable King size mattress with mattress topper, coffee table, fan, and chair. The room also include a water bottle, bathroom tote, towels, soap, cup, and coffee/tea. There is a shared bathroom and kitchenette. Guest access You have access to the ROOM, BATHROOM, kitchenette. BACKYARD. During your stay I will be there to greet you when you arrive. I do not have a problem socializing; but I like to give guests their space. You can always contact via email, text, or phone; but I am usually on the premises. Other things to note House Rules: Only the person that booked is allowed to check in. If someone is not added to the reservation they cannot check in. All guest must be declared on the reservation. Any undeclared guest will be charge $40/pp. and could still lead to removal if any guest is unsuitable to the host or Airbnb.
