With a prime beachfront setting, you’ll enjoy stunning views from every room. Relax with a cup of coffee or cocktail from one of two large decks, just steps from the sand, where your kids can play. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean the Jetties, and watch barges and dolphins pass by. Whether you're relaxing on chaise lounges, people-watching, or taking in the views, Bliss has it all! BEDROOMS Ideal for couples and small families, Bliss features two private primary suites, each with its ensuite bath. A third bedroom is perfect for additional guests, with a large shared bathroom just steps away. First Primary Suite: The king-sized bed (Sealy Silver Chill Plush mattress) promises a restful night. This spacious room includes a reading nook, a large closet, and two windows that let in natural light, offering a view of the ocean from the bathroom. A pack-and-play and infant bathtub are also provided for your convenience. Second Primary Suite: Enjoy a queen-sized bed (Nectar mattress) in this cozy room with a TV for streaming and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A large window offers a fantastic beach view. Third Bedroom: This zen-inspired room has a queen-sized bed and crisp linens. A large window lets you enjoy the ocean waves, and the nearby bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower. LIVING SPACE The open-concept living area allows everyone to be part of the fun. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. It’s perfect for preparing meals while chatting with loved ones in the dining and living rooms. The dining area has a large wooden table seating 8, ideal for family meals, games, or work. The living room is equipped with a large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, comfortable couches, and recliners. The daybed can be used as a couch during the day or as a twin bed at night. WIFI and TV Enjoy fast and reliable internet, and stream content from Netflix, Prime, and more using your personal sign-in information. OUTDOOR SPACE Bliss offers ample outdoor space with NO STAIRS to navigate. Access the house via a ramp, making it easy to bring in luggage or beach gear. There’s plenty of parking space for up to four vehicles. Decks: Enjoy a large deck with a stunning beach view. For the ultimate experience, head up to the top deck to take in panoramic views of the coastline and watch ships pass through the jetties. The top deck offers both shade and sun, with deck chairs and a glider. The lower deck is all about sunbathing or napping on the chaise loungers. Outdoor Fun: Grill your favorite meal on the charcoal grill or enjoy a meal at the outdoor picnic table under beautiful string lights. AMENITIES Bliss offers a range of thoughtful amenities, especially for families traveling with young children: For Kids: There’s a pack-and-play, infant bathtub, childproof outlet covers, and under-sink cabinet locks. Sand toys are provided for fun on the beach or under the house. A cart makes it easy to transport your gear to the beach. Bathrooms: All showers come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Every bathroom is equipped with hand soap, towels, and starter toilet paper. Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with essential spices, oil, coffee, and starter paper goods, so you can dive straight into vacation fun. Two coffee machines ensure that you start your day off right, and there’s a pantry for grocery storage. Other Amenities: Bed linens, towels, beach towels, and extra blankets are provided for your convenience. All linens are sanitized for a worry-free stay. The home is pet-free to ensure a clean, allergen-free environment. For Work or Play: Fast WIFI, plenty of workspace, and multiple streaming options make it easy to work remotely or entertain yourself on a rainy day. Beach Gear: Chairs, a cart, and sand toys are provided, but you'll need to bring your own beach shade. Everything is conveniently stored under the house. At Bliss, your beach getaway is designed to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, with every detail thought through for your convenience. We hope you love it so much that you’ll want to return year after year! Guest access A few days before your check-in, you will receive remote access instructions via text. Please watch for an invitation to use your keypad code to enter the house. Parking There is free parking available on-site for up to four vehicles. Additionally, you can drive your car directly onto the beach by purchasing a beach pass for just $32. You can get the pass at any local convenience store or one of the beach entry points. Other things to note Water & Essentials Surfside is a charming little village, but please be aware that the water is not suitable for drinking. While it is safe for bathing, we recommend you bring your own drinking water. We provide a 5-gallon refillable starter water- For refills, we use the water station right off the bridge- more details are available in the Guidebook. Sun & Safety Items Make sure to bring your own sunshade and sunscreen for a comfortable day at the beach. The First Aid Kit can be found in the cabinet above the stove, and the Fire Extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. We also have several emergency lights plugged into outlets around the house in case of a power outage. Please remember to return them to their spots if you use them. Security Our neighborhood is very safe, but please remember that the beach attracts many visitors. For your peace of mind, be sure to keep your belongings secure and lock the doors when you are away. Outdoor security cameras are installed around the property for additional safety.
