We are a short scenic drive from area attractions including: • 15 minutes from historic Luray Caverns • 20 minutes from skiing and golfing at Massanutten Four Seasons Resort • 30 minutes from the majestic Shenandoah National Park • 40 minutes from all the fantastic restaurants of Downtown Harrisonburg Cabin is equipped with two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a nice meal. The cabin is walking distance to the river and is a great location for taking a stroll in nature. End the night with some rest and relaxation in the brand new hot tub and enjoy the sound of nature. This place is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Community rules dogs must be on leash on the mountain. •due to lack of choices, WiFi is provided via satellite. While it’s fast enough for general browsing, it’s not reliable enough to stream heavily, conference calls or gaming. So if those are important to you, this cabin may not be the right fit. Guest access While you’re here, the cabin and 4 acres is yours to explore. Other things to note *25 year old minimum age requirement to book the property. *Well behaved dogs welcome. $75 pet fee PER dog. Max 2. Must be disclosed upon reservation. AirBnB only collects for 1 dog so second pet fee will be collected after booking. Dogs must also be leashed at all times on the mountain per community rules. *Be prepared for stairs! Two small flights of steps lead up to the cabin. The door is up the stairs around the deck. The key pad is on the main door behind the screen door. *Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that is not toilet paper. *Smoking is not allowed inside the property. * There is a motion activated Ring Doorbell camera that records audio and video installed by the front door. This is to ensure our max capacity is not exceeded and no undisclosed pets are brought in. *While we offer wi-fi, please have grace for the speed. Due to the nature of the mountains, we’re limited to satellite wi-fi. It works for general browsing but not reliable enough for streaming, gaming, video conferencing, etc. We provide direct TV for watching. *Please keep in mind you will be traveling to the mountains. Wildlife abounds and encounters may occur both outside and possibly inside the home. While we employ regular pest control, be gracious that some bugs may sneak in. Please do your best to keep doors and windows closed at all times. If you encounter a mama bear and her cubs, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INTERACT OR FEED THEM! Do not leave food outside on the patio or inside your unlocked car. They know how to open doors!
