The open kitchen boasts stunning granite countertops, a customized island, stainless farmhouse sink and stove, with ample space and amenities to please any cook. The laundry room contains a brand-new front-loading washer and 2 dryers as well as a half bathroom. The master suite sits behind the kitchen, featuring a walk-in closet, custom lighting, large 75 inch TV, and private exit to the wrap-around porch. The spa-like private bathroom is off the master with a large soaking tub, separate toilet, double sink, and glass and marble tiled shower. Just up the stairs you will find an open loft area with a cozy L-shaped couch and large TV, as well as an office area perfect for remote working. Two Queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom connect off the loft. The house comfortably sleeps 6 adults, in the loft area, we have 2 fold-out ottomans that are perfect for kids to increase the sleep number to 8.*** (See pictures in listing) Each bedroom features it’s own large TV as well as exits to the upper deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while taking in the views of the white and coral cliffs of Orderville. ***CLIFF'S EDGE ALSO HAS A 2 BEDROOM CARAGE HOME LOCATED ABOVE THE GARAGE THAT CAN BE RENTED SEPARATELY. THE CARAGE HOME SLEEPS 4, HAS A SEPARATE ENTRANCE, PARKING, AND IS DESIGNED TO MAXIMIZE PRIVACY. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED THE LISTING IS CALLED OVERLOOK.
