The picnic table on the deck gives you a great place to share a meal and feel the breeze. The downstairs area offers a fenced in yard on two sides with the water on the other two sides and a large slab to hang out with the entire family. Two docks, allow for ample fishing space with the west side dock also having a bench, live well and a boat slip with lift, available at request prior to check in. The house provides live bait buckets. Under the house there is a fish cleaning station with a two tub sink. The outside bar and kitchen area provides a full size refrigerator, two burner cook top, sink, Keurig, TV with Roku device. You also have access to a sein to catch bait on the beach, crab traps, crab boil pot, burner and crab cracking dining utensils.
