It opens to a spacious living room. Relax on our queen sized sleeper sofa as you watch a movie or read a book. We also have a desk for anyone needing to get a few things checked off their list. A clothes washer and dryer are also in the unit for you. Enjoy a HUGE backyard or walk to UNC, Carolina Inn, Top of the Hill, Suttons and the Old Well. Guest access We have plenty of parking for 3 cars behind the house. The primary entry with our smart lock access code is through the back door. It is well lit with motion activated lighting. Other things to note *YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 days. Enjoy their pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. Please remember to declare the total number of guests in your booking, including children aged 2 and up, in accordance with Airbnb policy.
