This house is located on a secluded unpaved road in the woods near Otis State Forest,Otis Ridge,Butternut,and Catamount skiing. This listing sleeps max. 1-6 adults, kids over 12. Our private woodland community boasts many shared amenities. Hiking trails begin within steps of our door. Convenient to the Berkshire towns of Great Barrington, Lenox, Stockbridge, and Lee. Otis is home to the Paige’s Place, Grouse house, Knox Trail Inn, puff is healthy food and fuel, Katie’s, and Bruce’s hardware. The space The green and blue room single beds can be pushed together, please let me know if you prefer that setup in either room. Ground level sleeps 4 or 5, includes a full bathroom and kitchenette. The rooms stay cool in summer, one room has AC. Optional Whole house amenities are full kitchen, dining and living rooms, loft (1queen bed) and second bathroom. Whole house price is $3000-4000 for the 14 days depending on how many occupants. Guest access Guests will be only occupants of the property during the stay. The flexibility of the rental and price depends on how many people and which amenities you want access to in the house. Guests have access to all outdoor areas, including private community lake, pool in summer months, tennis and pickleball courts, clubhouse, and must sign community paperwork. The ground level has full Bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator in a common area. Guests have access to outdoor dining table, deck, and screen porch in summer. Whole house option includes 2nd floor with kitchen, dishwasher, dining table, living room, loft-den/sleeping area. Other things to note USB chargers and emergency flashlights(although have never been needed) in all rooms. 15 MPH community speed limit must be respected!
