This stylish space is located less than 10 min from shopping, local eateries, nightlife at Camp Creek Marketplace, 4 miles from Six Flags & Sweetwater Creek Park, 9 miles from Hartsfield Jackson (ATL) Airport and 10 miles from Downtown Atlanta. The space Upon entry, you will be greeted by the zen sitting room where you can kick back and relax in front of the beautiful bay window. Adjacent to the sitting room is the formal dining room, enough space to entertain family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and kitchen utensils. The house includes a great room that features 2 comfortable sofas, a 50” smart tv, board games and a designed work space for those who came to work and play. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can sleep up to 8 guests. The Primary bedroom features a plush queen size bed with an en suite bathroom, and a Smart TV. The second bedroom “the wellness room” features a full size bed with a few wellness items (yoga mat, weights, etc), and the third bedroom offers two twin-size beds and a Smart TV. In addition, a plush headboard queen size air mattress with electrical pump is provided upon request per # of registered guests - can sleep 2 guests. You will also have access to the peaceful spacious backyard. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house including the backyard, free parking, free WI-FI, complimentary coffee, access to Roku and other streaming apps on the Smart TVs. Washer/Dryer access is available for guests with stays 7+ nights. Other things to note The property is located in an established & peaceful neighborhood. Please treat the home and area with respect. Special Events & Filming requests: If you would like to host a private event, brunch, graduation celebration, filming, or similar event, please reach out to discuss with the hosts prior to booking. There are additional fees and rules that must be discussed prior to completing the reservation for the event.
