Serene location with beautiful areas to relax, exercise, or walk. Private driveway and free parking on site. We are a working vineyard and wedding venue, so the 16 acre property is shared with the small vineyard staff and separate main large guest house (over 100 feet away), also a vacation rental. Outdoor barn cats are permanent residents year-round. The detached cottage is toward the back of property, behind the main house. Other things to note There is a $150 cleaning fee collected from AirBnB that covers standard cleaning. It does NOT cover excessive wear and tear or deep cleaning. Pet cleaning fee $150, $50 for each additional pet. Security Deposit (refundable) $250 collected on site prior to move in.
